I started playing this fantastic game in 2010 and was NEVER able to get a nuke. Recently I went back to this game with thag mission in mind. Last night I played a handful of games getting close to a 20 kill streak. I can smell the nuke. Enter assholes who use aimbots in 2019 on MW2. I leave the lobby to find a new one. But wait! Turns out theres only ONE TDM lobby in my area! So we’re all stuck with these two jackasses using aimbot/uav hacks that are BLEEDING the already extremely low population that is on life support.

Why do these people do what they do? Why is there no reporting option? Do they not understand that they’ve single handedly killed the game for everyone around them? That because of them using hacks, everyones gonna leave and they won’t even have anyone to play with.

I can understand experimenting with hacks when there was a relatively active playerbase (i got into a few modded lobbies myself years ago) but after a game or two playing with those hacks I just felt shitty, like this is not fun at all, there is no challenge, no feeling of accomplishment, everyone gets pissed and flames you, the fun wears off in 5 minutes - so why continue to do it? I see two players in my area semi regularly who pop in games and continue to use these mods. Fuck these people.

Edit 2: This issue only persists on the PS3 for me. On the PC I havent encountered any hackers so far but the players on there are way too good (they’ll use shortcuts like macros or other stuff to gain an advantage) so i stick to the casual console gameplay when i can
